Do you want to support your team’s natural resilience and ability to maintain good health, whilst reducing sedentary workloads and improving productivity? On site, inside or outdoors ~ We’ll come to your place of work or closest green space and share the skills, knowledge and activities for your teams to make active working a natural choice. Simple movement techniques that help reduce pain, stress, fatigue and improve posture, sleep and energy levels. Stretches, moves, knowledge and activities to improve wellbeing and performance while in the workplace. Get started with a Taster Workshop for you or your team. These run for around one to two hours as preferred. All sessions include short breaks + Q&As | Areas across the UK
